I guess it depends who it is
In person. I don't like the phone. I avoid using it as much as I can, I"m not too succesful at the avoidance part though.
in person is a lot easier
And I absolutely hate leaving messages on voice mail, ESPECIALLY people who are too dare scared to put their name on the answering machine. (Expect me to leave mine but not yours...hmmf)
