I'll be glad when everyone's finished it - the blog world has gone silent.
I'm not reading it. So I feel left out.
It's not as bad as you think. Most of the opponents of the books haven't read any of them, much less all of the books. It's light reading, entertaining escapism. In this time of a troubled world, of course when is the world not troubled?, its nice to escape to a magical place where anything can happen.
With that kind of statement, it's no surprise that I play d&d. :-)
Aaahh, nothing like a good read to capture your imagination. Enjoy it, savor it :o)

Dave, please. stop using the bold - all caps. I much prefer you give me a call, than to yell at me over the internet were everybody can see how mean you are to me. We can dicuss this rationally. If you need clean work clothes then just say so. There's no need to yell, just gather your clothes up and put them out to the laundry area. They will get washed.

So what other punk bands did Dave get you into?

Dead Milkmen, Ramones, Violent Femmes, Sex Pistols, others. I dig the basic sound and rhythm. I also like the ska sound and beat. Of course, I'm nuts for Rock'n Roll. Mainly, I like most music with the exception of most rap and hip hop(the Christian stuff is ok), and Tejano. Although, Dave likes it and it's growing on me. The things I do for that man... ;-D
When I'm a walking I strut myself and I'm so strung out, I'm high as a kite I just might stop to check you out...

Absolutely the best.
I like that song! I'll have to make a note of that band. We're always up for new musical experiences. Dave's as much a music geek as I am. We actually met in college. We both were in the choir.
