This came to me from my uncle. It's a joke. please don't judge me too harshly. :-)

Have you read the official Houston evacuation plan?
Hispanics use I-10 West to San Antonio.
Cajuns use I-10 East to Lafayette.
Rednecks use US 59 North to East Texas.
Rich folks use I-45 North to Dallas.
Yankees use I-45 South to Galveston.
Aggies use loop-610.

Yes, a classic if there ever was.
But the joke used to start this way:
"Everybody in Houston got together to design and evacution route. Each group choose their own highway out of town so that there would be no confusion. Here are the results of the decision:"
So the Aggies actually choose their own evacuation route ;) which makes it even funnier.

Sorry Rowan. Really you'd have to have a working knowledge of Houston. You could go to Mapquest.com and type in Houston, TX and take a look at the freeways. Then you would get the joke for sure. :-)
Also, this is really an Aggie joke. Texans and Aggies pick on them like other countries pick on the Polish or Irish.
